If you sleep on your stomach, choose a soft pillow that keeps your head from turning too sharply to the side, enables unobstructed breathing, and allows your head to sink to the most comfortable position.

SELECT YOUR PILLOW
Your pillow affects the quality of sleep you receive each night by ensuring good alignment of your head, neck and spine. Poor alignment can cause fatigue and headaches, and good alignment can help lead to a good night’s sleep. The following considerations will help you select the best pillow for you.
(Please note that each person should consider their own comfort preferences when purchasing a pillow.)
1. Identify your sleep position
| Stomach sleepers:
Choose a pillow with mediumsupport that will fit your upper spine’s natural curvature and provide the most comfortable position for your neck and head.
Side sleepers do best when their spine is in horizontal alignment. A medium to firm pillow usually does the best job of supporting the shoulders, neck and head.
2. Select your fill material
Our 100% down pillow is the most luxurious and softest pillow you can buy.
Please note that down pillows tend to sink down to the bed regardless of how many ounces of down are in the pillow.
